Being in construction we all understand scheduling changes.
We also understand that some changes are easier to make than others.
We will gladly switch your scheduled class times – as long as the other session still has open spaces.
If you need to cancel a Synchronous Distance Learning (Zoom online) course or bundle, we will refund the course fee less credit card processing fees.
If you need to cancel an In-person session, we will refund the course fee, less credit card processing fees and a portion of the facility rental fee.
At this time, credit card processing fees for refunds are approximately 10% of the course fee (5% for the original charge and 5% for the refund). Facility rental fees vary by location, but average around $20 – $30 per Qualifier.
